Q: Do you accept returns?

A: We accept returns, no questions asked, for six months after the purchase. We want to make sure you are happy with the product. Try it out, see how it transforms your space. If for any reason you are not happy with the product, you can return it within six months of purchase. Keep the original packaging and send it to us by post. We will only pay for the return shipping for returns within 15 days of purchase. If you return it within 16 and 180 days from purchase, you will have to pay for the shipping.

Q: How much does shipping cost?

A: Shipping is free.

Q: What shipping do you offer?

A: We offer a standard shipping with TNT (FedEx) everywhere within the EU.

Q: What are the steps once I order?

A: We will contact you via email to confirm your order. Once the order is confirmed, and you make the payment, we will send you the product.
